Does everyone qualify for free IT collection?

This is subject to a prior review of your collection (sent via photographs or video call) and sign off from our collections coordinator.
 

Are you able to wipe all the data from hard drives?

Yes, but we also go a step further and physically shred the hard drives. This eliminates any potential security risks to you. Our services conform to the BS EN 15713 standard, ensuring you comply with GDPR regulations.

How do I know you have shredded my hard drive?

Once we have removed and audited your equipment we will provide you with a waste transfer note and certificate of destruction confirming that the equipment has been disposed of correctly. 

How are you able to recycle our old equipment?

Our mission is to recycle 100% of all collections. Where possible we will review your equipment and categorise it as waste to be recycled or as reusable.

We are on an upper floor and do not have a lift. Are you still able to collect from us?

Yes, we will do a thorough review of your site and make arrangements to remove the equipment by taking extra safety precautions and sending the correct number of personnel. 

Do you also remove office furniture?

Yes! We will handle the removal and environmentally friendly disposal of everything from dismantling office furniture to the secure disposal of redundant IT equipment & certified data destruction services. Click here to find out more.
