Office clearance - Cranbrook D.I.Y

The Cranbrook D.I.Y team recently moved to a larger office space, IT Cycle were on hand to help!

The team securely packaged and removed items from the old office and then dismantled any remaining furniture. We then loaded the van and transported the items to their new office where we rebuilt the furniture ready for them to unpack and enjoy.

Both offices were left clean and tidy!

Office Storage Unit Clearance - Digital Contact

Digital Contact became a fully remote company and vacated their offices, as they were unsure what to do with their old equipment they put it into storage. Fast forward 9 months and they were still paying costly storage unit fees for redundant equipment.

The solution- IT Cycle!

We were given the storage unit passcode to access the unit securely. On arrival, our recycling and sorting processes started immediately. Items ranged from laptops and office furniture to Guitar Hero!

We recycled and repurposed all items that we could and a large percentage of the collection was donated to local charities.

All hard drives were removed and safely disposed of. Our secure hard drive shredding conforms to the BS EN 15713 standard, ensuring all confidential data was destroyed and Digital Contact met GDPR regulations. An asset list and certificate of destruction were produced and supplied for their records.

The storage unit was left clean and tidy ready for its next owner!

Thank you to Sam and the team for a great job. As we were unable to be at the storage unit I gave Sam our passcodes to gain access. The unit was left spotless and we can rest assured that the equipment was disposed of in the best way possible. Would highly recommend IT Cycle.

Office Clearance - Densitron

This was a very large office clearance consisting of two very large offices spread over one floor.

Access was challenging due to parking restrictions and a very small lift to take items down. Firstly the team had to start with dismantling eight very large wooden storage cupboards as they were too heavy and large to carry down the stairs. The dismantling service continued taking apart many many desks. From there, on day two, our team had to concentrate on many small items spread over the two offices.

Once complete the team hoovered throughout to ensure everything was left clean and tidy for the end of tenancy handover.
